Pet Daycare & Boarding

  • At Pet Dynasty, your pet will experience the pinnacle of comfort and care. Following a transformative ownership change in 2019, our facilities have been revamped, bidding farewell to traditional crates. Instead, your furry friend will enjoy spacious dog runs designed for every size, ensuring a cozy and stress-free stay. We're not just about dogs; our newly introduced cat room boasts modern amenities, providing a luxurious retreat for our feline guests. Your pet's comfort and happiness are our top priorities in our upgraded and tailored accommodations.

  • We only require pet owners to bring their pet’s food to maintain a consistent diet. While we understand the importance of your pet's comfort , we advise leaving personal items like toys, bedding, collars, leashes, etc., at home. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our facility, we are unable to keep track of and gaurantee return these items. Rest assured, our dedicated team is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet during their stay with us.

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of your pets is our utmost priority at Pet Dynasty. We employ veterinary-grade disinfectants, maintain 24/7 fresh air filtration, and invest in rigorous staff training. Your pet's health is consistently monitored with daily wellness checks, and for added reassurance, we provide owners with access to Nest cameras upon check-in. Rest easy, knowing your furry companions are in a secure and healthy environment under our care.

  • At Pet Dynasty, our cancellation policy is designed with your pet’s best interest in mind:

    • Regular season cancellations require a 48-hour notice, or a one-night charge applies.

    • Holiday season cancellations require a 14-day notice, or a minimum two-night charge applies.

    • No refunds or credits for early pickups during holidays; credits for regular season early pickups are applied to your account.

    We value your understanding as this ensures all our furry guests receive the care and attention they deserve.

  • Our VIP program gives you 5 daycare days (full days only) 3 boarding nights or 12 nail trims plus a 10% discount on services for a whole year. Please call us at (925) 416-pups(7877) or click here for details.

  • At Pet Dynasty, we welcome all types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and other small animals, but we do not accept snakes.   • Our facility is open:

    • Mon – Fri: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    • Sat: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

    • Sun: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. (boarding pickup only)

  • Pet Dynasty is conveniently located at 7132 Johnson Drive Suit D in Pleasanton, CA. We are located off of 680 near Stoneridge Drive near Pleasanton Costco across from the Centennial Trail.
